Gameplay and in-game artwork is exactly the same, only the CGs are exchanged, and lately they've been throwing out the cute pseudo-asian style of DrGraevling (see title image and image 2) and putting in this ugly western style (see later images). Plus, the latest additions to the game are so ridiculously overpowered that my deck, which I had been working on for months, instantly dropped 2 full leagues. Of course, they wanted to sell set release bundles.
Also, you never play against other players. You get an AI opponent with another player's deck.

@Aanora: When I was new, I was spammed with taunts too, but too regularly after each and every single one of my actions. After some time, I assumed the publishers tweaked their AI because it stopped to some degree. Another hint was that my opponent never conceded, even if he only had 1 HP left and I was taking my sweet time. And even at VERY complicated board setting, my opponent never took longer than maybe 2 seconds to decide his next move. All this strongly hints at an AI.
