One clue is in the bottom-right corner of pg 42-- she still has some energy left for a counterattack, but I think she wavers a bit between fighting and giving in to the pleasure.

I do like how the dialogue text is color-coded: it's red when she's defiant, but turns pink/purple when she loses her composure.
