I understand wanting to make an initial impact on sales and such when doing online art. But, I don't really know this artist, I didn't even know people were still making Rescue Rangers comics. This is actually a pleasant surprise for me and now I'm interested in this artist.

I know that sucks, but that's pretty much how exposure works on the internet. It's not as much a pay wall as it is a timed wall.

It was still a rude thing to do. the artist up loaded it on a private discord server. uploader could have at least asked first. Still. Now that it's uploaded i hope someone will to do a translation since like you said Rescue Rangers is rare now.
Also Rescue Rangers (specifically Gadget) is VERY popular in Russia. Don't ask me why.
