It's because it's more of a 'Game' then anything else, and it's more focused on the battle states as a result. Though it kinda has a bit of a 'redundancy' issue as unlike other games where it'll layer different effects over a base image for face, cum, outfit damage, parasites, and the like, this one uses a brand new image for each combination. Given the game's got some god dang 10 states in all, and you can end up with all 10 at once, along with 2 different gals (and one having a corrupted version, so by this logic 3), and it kinda inflates the image count drastically. No fault of the uploader, as they ensured if you're just after the CG, it's right there. Just the game.

@lipucd: A "bit" of a redundancy issue?? That's one hell of an understatement; I shudder to think just how seriously bloated the game directory would have to be, all because the developer couldn't use as simple a technique as layering in-game. Not to mention that since all the possible combinations come pre-assembled, that's just asking for your artwork to be pirated.
