Big kudos to anyone with the patience to scan and upload this behemoth of a book. I have a copy of it sitting on my shelf, it is surely one of my favorite books in my collection.

First off I'd like to say a big thank you for uploading this! File number 950 is missing. Although the page numbering in the image shows that page 950 (file 949) goes right into page 951 (file 951). I'm assuming there isn't a missing page and the file numbering just changed (or offsets by a page to match the page number by page 951).
