I mean, it's more like a sign of arousal for me, every time I see colored eyes, it's most likely goes with lustful looks, more like they have their libido set at max that's all. If there's no empty eyes or at least dazed ones, it's hardly convincing, but then, empty eyes have to go with their respective colors to have their effect of voiding the personality, means that it's still the same person, but nothing going on in her head, changing the eyes colors work more like something entering her mind and replacing her, like Code Geass perhaps, not much with Apps like in here... well, at least the CG was nice i guess. Sex is good, mind control? hmmmm, nnnnot so much.
