It is missing because page 8 - 9 is overwritten with the wrong image.

Poor scanning job, frequent blur, it's also clear that you don't cut the pages individually and instead just press flat the book directly onto the scanner, but this creates airpockets which results in blur. And last but not least, some pages are missing. To obtain a good scan, you need to sacrifice the book, always, that's the bitter truth.

You could always re-save and then manually rotate the images with the windows photo viewer till they are right side up and then replace the upside down ones in the gallery and resubmit it
