we really need a trans tag; as this demonstrates, it and the crossdressing and futa tags aren't interchangeable. we technically have the shemale tag, but that's being used as "futa but with balls," and is thus profoundly unhelpful.

We do, it's called "shemale", which while crude, is used to refer to pre-op transexuals, and we have the "feminization" tag that describes the process of a male character transforming into a female regardless of method, but that one isn't being used on some titles that feature it.
