I mean, obviously the company does hire males. IIRC it was mentioned somewhere (I don't remember where. Maybe even an interview I read, who knows) that there are a few male background characters in the company. I was just musing on a male being hired in the same department that Aoba and the rest of the girls work in... Which is, seemingly, 100% female... Specifically because of Shizuku's tastes :P
