Doujin is fine. I got problems with the translation though.

It's kinda crap. No offense intended if this is yours. It's leaving out a lot of details from the scan, like their names and small dialog. The tanslation is so simplified and changed around that if only the words were present, one would think they're two entirely different stories. For example on panel 1, scans say :
"Nekota-San, could you drink a little bit of this?" "Doctor. . . what is this?" "A drug that grows a penis! <3" ”Hiii! I can't just drink this!" "It's fine. Cumming will remove it (lie) and there's no side effects (lie)." "Wait, that isn't true."
as more accurate translations. Comparing the actual translation, it's very different and leaves out some details.

Typesetting could've been better as well, but seeing a lot of bad typesetters, this is fine I guess.

And not a problem per se, but why's everything mirrored here? To make it more comfortable for western readers? I honestly got confused to be honest. Pretty sure the community here expects Japanese comics to go right to left.

I think the mirroring and the translation were both done by the original artist.
It's a pretty cute and funny one, IMO. I loved it after I got past the semi-correct translation.
