The story is ambiguous as to whether the best friend is really a jerk or not, with plenty of hints being he's either Goku levels of socially dense or if he's just a prick. The facts are, however, that he does steal the fat guy's girl who he genuinely adores and has even helped through her depression when she was being potentially harassed for having a cosplay hobby and posting pics on the net (not lewd). Something like that.
- Best friend decides to confess to her one day and uses the MC's e-handle as the way of getting her to like him. He only tells the MC this after the fact. She's in love with the MC but through his e-handle, and doesn't know the best friend used the MC's identity. The best friend definitely knows the MC liked her but he plays dense, and later in the story the MC confesses to liking her openly, but the best friend flat out disregards this and just says he's gonna marry the girl.
- Meanwhile, the MC is sexually corrupting the girl classic hentai-logic NTR style (she starts fountaining squirts like she's part Super Soaker) and chooses just how much encouragement or suspicion he can lay on the best friend, who is very dense but not as stupid as you'd think regarding what's going on.
- During this time the MC periodically has pangs of guilt over what he's doing to his best friend and to the girl he loves, but at one point his aim is solidified despite the guilt because he sees her looking at the best friend in a way he knows belongs to him - since she doesn't love the best friend, she loves the man behind the e-handle - the MC. The best friend isn't even into the otaku culture which the girl secretly is (hence her cosplay secret and the cosplay CGs).

One of the endings is the pregnant ending where the girl finally gives in to the MC and gets pregnant. Neither she nor the MC want to kill the baby so they elope and make an easy living off of home-made internet porn. The MC sees a few angry comments amid the chat flood and wonders if it's his ex-best friend.
The final monologue is of the girl speaking about how happy she is and how thrilled she was when the MC finally confessed to being the e-handle guy she always liked. However, there comes an odd turn when she tries to remember a "certain someone" she had "some connection/relationship to", and the fuzzy portrait of the best friend shows up. The narration breaks into a creepy repeated DON'T REMEMBER DON'T REMEMBER DON'T REMEMBER and returns to her saying how happy she is and how reliable the MC is.
I think it's meant to be a dark reminder that she's been corrupted and didn't really choose this life -- but it's asinine since she legit did choose it and actually only liked the best friend because he lied.

Another interpretation is that she is trying to forget not the best friend but what he represented - a normal life, a normal future. She definitely can't have that as the MC's sex waifu and her future is now just an internet porn celebrity (though only with the MC). That makes more sense since she didn't even know the best friend and they had only just started dating when this happens. That she got caught between a lustful obsessive otaku and a deceitful dense guy was not a happy fate. Personally I think it's a fine ending and the creepy DON'T REMEMBER bit was tacked on to remind the player this was meant to be a dark NTR game. She's happy. The MC genuinely adores her. She gets to cosplay all she likes. Happy Ending(?).

Ending 2 (at least the one I got) would be the objectively True End/Best End. You don't get the satisfaction of making the best friend suspicious (he gets suspicious anyway) and you don't get the satisfaction of impregnating and eloping with the girl - however... [If you chose to reassure the best friend instead of encouraging suspicion AND chose not to impregnate the girl]

The girl and the best friend become recognized sweethearts in the class...while MC and the girl keep having their side affair, when one night after she's mind-numbed from erupting orgasms, the MC quietly confesses that he was RORO all along. When she starts waking up she asks what he said, but he replies "Nothing..."
After this is the diary entry detailing the ending, but this time it's significantly different as she not only speaks about how happy she is and great sex but also having remembered the next day what MC told her. She realizes that MC was RORO and the best friend had been lying to her all along. She says she HATES the best friend for deceiving her and that she's overjoyed RORO was MC. The End.

Again, there's really nothing different here aside from the major consequence of getting pregnant. Without being pregnant she still has a future ahead of her, and she wants the MC.
I don't think there was a good reason for the pregnancy ending to be so creepy at the last bit (or for the MC to go right into homevid porn streams instead of softer gavuer stuff, but eh, preg CGs) but I can understand it in the context of her future. It's also thoroughly satisfying to have her hate the best friend instead of put him up as some icon of "what could have been".

Edit: I say this because in the preg end the MC confesses to her about being RORO (she mentions him doing this in the diary entry) and she's genuinely happy about it. Why she wouldn't hate the best friend in THAT ending, too, but only hates him in this ending despite the revelation he was lying all along being the exact same makes no sense.
Then again, that this good end is predicated on your choices in reassuring the best friend despite it having no effect on the scenes or events (except avoid one bad end for a single choice where you have to reassure him or you have a bad day) is also asinine. Why does reassuring the best friend get you the ending where she hates him and loves the MC (without creepiness)?

Overall this game was pretty neat. Much shorter and with much less variation for the endings and routes than in the Wife NTR game, but at least here the protagonist is likable (mostly) and the story is better. The girl isn't as bomb in design, though, and there's only one or two scenes which come close to the complete sexual destruction you got in every NTR CG of the Wife game.
At least you're not getting cucked.
