Hello,

I am part of a discord group called the Circle Of Commissioners. The group aims to gather commissioners to pool together money to get doujins translated. Often it is hard to for one person to justify paying let's say $30 for a doujin to get translated, but it is much more affordable if it's 10 people paying $3 each.

The discord group aims to create a large network of both people willing to commission small amounts of money and translators interested to make money on the side. The primary method of pooling will be through Kickstarter and once the target has been hit, any translator from the Circle Of Commissioners may declare that they will be working on translating the crowdfunded doujin. The pooled together money will then be paid to the translator once the translation is complete and posted on e-hentai.

For commissioners:
You will get to decide whether a doujin gets translated. A poll will be set up for suggested doujins to see how much interest each doujin gathers. If enough people are interested in a certain doujin, a Kickstarter page will be set up so people can pool together the funds for the translation work.

For translators:
Since commission pooling is alot more affordable for the commissioner, you can be paid up to 25% higher than the standard amount. You can declare early on what doujins you want to work on and get commissioners can vote in on the poll to get a Kickstarter page set up for it. The funds raised will be transferred once the translated doujin is completed and uploaded to e-hentai.
