@Naruto0116: Logic would suggest the only reason he isn't in later books, is because it's not canon. Otherwise, Sakura has spent way more time boning him than any other girl has in this series (he states in one book that he's been "using her body for over 20 years", which is longer than either of them have been married), so she might as well be his wife. And certainly has the most claim to the role despite being married to Sasuke. And again, they're only married in the sense that it's canon. Although them being married and Sasuke being nowhere near her is so canon it's not even funny.

@dap00 Don't forget that had Wataru not followed canon, then they'd never be able to use Sarada, thus the whole Sarada series of doujiinshi couldn't be done. Though I think the reason why they never married was because it was never necessary. Naruto pretty much broke Sakura in to be his sex slave, which she freely admits in some of the other doujin. If we consider all of the doujinshi to follow some weird timeline, then Naruto has been fucking Sakura since his return to Konoha, meaning her obsession with Sasuke was replaced with being obsessed with Naruto's cock. Plus, I think there's the exhibitionism and excitement that comes into play since Sakura is cheating on Sasuke.
