These are illustrations from the online game Puppet Nightmares. The game is theoretically free to play, and can be found at puppetnightmares.com.

In the game, each image can be moused over to switch between the clothed and nude versions. Pages 3 and 8 are versions of images that were later modified.

The images on pages 1-2 (shocked) can be found in the game in the opening of Episode 0.

The images on pages 3-10 (standing, walking away, laying with board) can be found in the game in the opening of Episode 1.

The images on pages 11-12 (running away) can be found in the game in the ending of Episode 1.

The images on pages 13-14 (nc by demon) can be found in the game in the ending of Episode 3.

The images on pages 15-16 (nc by cyclops) can apparently be found in the game in the bad ending of Episode 6, though I personally have not been able to get that far in the game, and simply found the images by their URLs.

(1-2) (shocked)

Backstreets of Meldorf Germany - October of 1906

Carefully concealing her face in the shadows of her cowl, a cloaked woman callng herself Cecille taps an area of a peculiar board, demonstrating its mechanics to a young lady named Ada.
A vivid image of a dark world filled with creatures both erotic and horrifying miraculously appears from the board's center.
Astonished, Ada asks "How on earth is this happening?"
"Only its maker knows for sure. Take it, it is yours to keep."
"But these ladies, they're wearing little to nothing and being taken advantage of!"
Cecille chuckles, "Trust me, give the game a try... you won't be disappointed. There are no morals in this board game's world, you can behave however you want while you play it."
Ada shakes her head and steps back, "My father would simply not approve of me playing this, Cecille."
"I doubt your father would approve of you being out this late alone either, Ada. You should do what you want."
She nervously grips the board and takes it from Cecille. Its magic disperses in an instant.
"Simply do as I showed you to bring it back to life. Now, if you'll excuse me, I must be off."
"But wait, Cecille, before you go, is there by chance an extra one? There may be someone I'd like to play this with."
"Why yes, Ada, I do believe we can make that arrangement."

(3-7) (standing, walking away)

You've been around the market for hours and sales are slow, too slow to help Hagan. Your family's too poor to afford a doctor, and you've sold less than a dozen sugar beets. What will you do?
As you mull over your worries at your makeshift stand, someone catches your eye: an attractive lady walking toward you from the other end of the town square. She's beautiful and provocatively dressed, with her blouse tied up at the bottom, a short skirt that does nothing for her modesty and long, wavy hair over one shoulder.
She notices you so keenly watching her and returns a knowing smile. Blushing, you realize it's Ada, the seemingly innocent young lady from your church. Her father always forbade her from leaving the house unattended, so why is she here?
Ada reaches your stand and gently places a game board similar to your brother's onto it. She caresses the detailed carvings with her finger while you stare.
Just before you try and speak Ada places a finger over your lips, "Shhh... We'll talk more in the alley near the church. You wouldn't want to leave a lady all alone there would you?" She takes the game board back into her arms and mischievously winks at you before walking away, swaying her hips in a mesmerizing manner and glancing back at you as she does so.

(8-10) (laying with board)

Dozens of thoughts start racing through your head. Why did she have that game board? Why was she dressed that way in public? It was unheard of! You decide there's no way you can resist this; you only wish you were sure if it was the game board or Ada herself tempting you more.
You collect your remaining sugar beets into a small box and follow after her. Until you know more, they could still very well be Hagan's only hope. You won't lose your head entirely over Ada, or at least, you hope you won't.
Rounding the corner of a building into the alleyway, you see her kneeling next to the board. She smiles before giving you a come-hither gesture with her finger. Placing your parcel aside, you come forward and sit next to her.
Ada leans in close to your neck, breathing softly on it as she takes hold of your hand and moves it to the side of the game board. "See this tiny notch here? That is how you turn it on." Ada then looks down at the board, but still out the corner of her eye at you, "Of course, it's not the only thing you're turning on."
You gulp as you hear a small click from the board. A dark world miraculously opens up and astonishes you, displaying itself vividly inside it.
...And so your journey begins.

(11-12) (running away)

"Mmm, I could tell you liked it, [Player Name], but do you like it more than me?" With these words and a soft caress against your upper thigh by Ada, your concentration breaks away from the game. You look around in a quick panic before realizing you're back home now, back in Meldorf. Maybe you never even left, but it felt like you did.
The moon is now out, how long had you been playing? And was your soul really in that world?
Ada begins pouting and closing in on you further. "Well you played long enough to earn every button, so how about we play my new game?" Ada swiftly unties her blouse and exposes her large, bare breasts to you. "Go ahead, touch them. I know you want to."
You gulp as you stare down at them. Should you really be doing this? As your hands slowly go toward them, a loud shout interrupts you from further down the alley. "Harlot! How dare you do these sinful deeds near a house of God! Have you no shame or fear of damnation?!" You and Ada join in a stare at the large, pompous figure silhoutted in the moonlight.
As he draws near you realize it's Michael, your local priest. Clearly feeling humiliated and angry, Ada screams at the pudgy, round man "Verpiss dich!" before running away from you both into the night.
Catching a glimpse of her large, jiggling breasts in the moonlight a part of you begins hating the priest as well.

(13-14) (nc by demon)

Random nightmares are filling your dreams again, and they are the worst yet. Eventually they shift to something focused.
You are lying on your bed, listening to the odd, intense laughter of your brother. When you open your eyes you spot Hagan by himself in your father's chair, holding a bloody knife.
You also see that Ada is in this distorted room too, with a vile demon hunched over her and mercilessly pounding her delicate holes. She tries fighting back, screaming your name for help, but she can't even hope to free herself from its tentacles as it continues penetrating her.
As Ada screams louder, Hagan's laughter grows as well. You try to stand up and stop this but you are too weak and powerless. Frustration fills your heavy heart.
An elderly figure appears in the center of the room looking down at you, it is Dedrick, the Toymaker.
