No, this is Azur lane. Its a different brand by Chinese developers, and, although the premise is inspired by Kancolle, it has different gameplay (STG, rather than Kancolle's RPG) and story line. The difference and effort makes it more acceptable for Japanese artists and readers, than say a direct copy-cat of Kancolle's system and plot.

Kancolle is also renewing for season 2 by DMM.
