Beware, guys. There's some people going around galleries telling others that you can't have cheating and netorare tags in the same galleries.

Let's put aside the fact that not everyone outside of Japan accepts that in Japan, whenever cheating happens, it is automatically netorare.
However, even if we go by E-hentai's own definitions of netorare, cheating and NTR are also not mutually exclusive tags.

Cheating
- A significant other having sex with someone other than their partner. Should not be tagged if the sexual interactions are against their will (e.g. rape) or falls under swinging.
Netorare
- Another person's spouse / partner being unfaithful and the one being cuckolded being aware of the situation. <----- (this can still be cheating story)
- Also acceptable for when the story is clearly meant to invoke jealousy or sympathy on behalf of the person being cuckolded. <----- (this can also still be a cheating story)

Whenever someone cheats, if the story is MEANT to invoke jealousy or sympathy, then that story is not just cheating, but it is also netorare.

While you are told that you should not CONFUSE cheating and netorare, it does NOT say that you cannot have them both in the same gallery.
This is both cheating and netorare even under EH definition. Galleries are being mistagged by people confusing this.

Like seriously, look at this manga's title: Netorase kara no Uwaki Netorare Manga.
Literally translates to "a CHEATING NETORARE starting from Netorase manga."
