Edit: After checking the old stuffs that didn't seem to stop her from doing it anyway. The last sex scene of book 3 seemed unclear to me if she was doing it normally or anally. I notice that the ancestor shown in book 3 did it via anal as well. Maybe the final stage of the parasite either merges both holes together or just migrate to anal cavity and render vagina useless?
