I'd bet that it's less about the kink itself and more about the whole apparent payment thing. Or that the payment thing comes off weird enough to rope people like myself who are curious if it's as egregious as it looks into visiting this set of galleries, and by extension, that folks who'd normally pass the kink right by are getting a close enough look to want to downvote it. It's certainly less egregious here than in the other recently uploaded galleries, at least.

I don't see why. It's a way for a kink artist to pay their bills and everyone gets to enjoy(if they're into it) the outcome.
