I've always wondered how uncensoring works. Did the original uncensored draft in possession by the original author somehow got leaked? Or is it just Photoshop and a lot of skill and time?

Regarding uncensors, I remember some anon on /g/ was posting about his NN uncensor script written in Python and using TensorFlow. Results were pretty good.
But nothing beats a skilled uncensor artist like Belldandy of course.
