Thank you for the translation! I'm late to the party, but want to chime in on Saber's loli status. All physical stats are taken from wiki's.

Saber:
Height =154 cm, 3 sizes = B73 / W53 / H76

Louise (Familiar of Zero):
Height = 152 cm, 3 sizes = B76 / W53 / H75

Mikan (To Love Ru):
Height = 149 cm, 3 sizes = B70 / W52 / H73

So Saber is definitely a loli in canon, but I think this actually says something very interesting about how differently artists can design their characters. If I picture these 3 characters in my head I don't imagine them to be so similar, but looking at their physical stats tells a different story. Also, the story the characters are from and how they act must subconsciously affect how we visualize them.
@Yesman71: I'm not comparing to western standards, all stats taken are from Japanese media. The definition of Loli, especially on this site only refers to physical attributes, hence the stats I listed. Actual age is completely irrelevant which is why we see 1,000 year old demons still labeled as Loli if their appearance merits it.

@apotropaic First of all, you're comparing them to western standards. Asian people are much smaller on average and can very well have those measurements as adults. Lala (16) and Rito (16) are ~5.5, which is 7 inches taller than Mikan (12). Shiro (17) is about 6'5" and is 5 inches taller than Saber (??).
Secondly, 154 cm is about 5 feet tall, which isn't all that weird for teenage women to have. Saber is canonically in her physical teenage years. Teens aren't lolis.
Thirdly, it's not obvious where the artist is trying to portray Saber to those values, so it's rather irrelevant.

The argument about the definition of "loli" aside (appearance vs age), the only reason Saber actually looks even adjacent to preadolescent on the early pages is because the artist accurately depicted her breasts being flattened out by her lying on her back. Otherwise, she's depicted (in this work!) as having respectable, if small, breasts and a decent figure.
