There are some places where contractions seem more appropriate (things like I am becoming I'm)
The biggest thing taking me out of it was some dialogue that seems a little awkward or stilted. Like for an example, on page 5, the line "Yes it is. It seems to be a trend right now..." might sound more natural like "It is! Apparently, it's trendy these days..."
