This "translation" is at least partially a rewrite (not that RandomAnon123 would be able to tell, so no blame on him).

I don't have access the raw, but there are 3 sample pages on the artist's pixiv (https://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=70074287) and from the 3 content page that are available (pages 2, 10, & 23 of this gallery), it shows that the English text on pages 10 and 23 are completely fabricated and don't correlate in meaning to the Japanese original whatsoever (page 2 however isn't a rewrite, but it is poorly translated)

As a result, I think it is safe to assume that at least a noticeable portion of the translation is a rewrite (even though, since I lack the full raw, I can't confirm exactly how much is rewrite and how much is (poorly) translated).

Edit: I looked at the Chinese translation that this English translation is based on, and looking at that, I have determined that the JP->CH translator may be the cause of a large portion (if not most) of the rewriting. The Chinese gallery has blatant rewrites everywhere on page 10 and at least 1 instance of rewriting on page 23 compared to the Japanese raws that are available via the sample, and the CH->EN translator unwittingly copied those rewrites (the Chinese version of page 23 actually translated the final bubble correctly from Japanese, but the English either rewrote the last panel, or very very poorly and incorrectly translated it from Chinese. As for the first bubble, the Chinese version is either a rewrite or a poor translation, and the English follows the Chinese. The middle bubble is 100% no doubt a rewrite in Chinese, and the English copies that error). Again, I still can't see exactly how much of the Chinese (and thus English) gallery is rewrite, since i don't have access to the entire Japanese raw for comparison, but still, I think the clear existence of rewrites (and moreover, pages where everything is a rewrite, like page 10) doesn't bode well for the accuracy of the rest of the pages.

Nov 30 Edit (the conclusive edit): The full Japanese version of the story has now been uploaded, so now I have definitively confirmed 2 things. Firstly, the Chinese version absolutely had clear rewrites as well as very poorly translated parts, which this CH->EN translation copied. Pages 2-5 are mostly poor translations (although there are still rewrites and omitted text on these pages), then page 6 ramps up the rewrites, then page 7 and beyond tend to be more rewrite than poorly translated (although some random pages are 50-50 or maybe slightly more poorly translated than rewrite; that being said, even if we ignore the errors that can be attributed to being simply poor translation work, the rewrite content in the Chinese and English translation compared to the Japanese content is very noticeable and significant. As I mentioned, there are even pages such as page 10 that are pretty much entirely rewrite). Secondly, in addition to the English copying the flaws of the Chinese translation, the CH->EN translator at times (not terribly often, but certainly on occasion) actually poorly translated the Chinese, and even made rewrites of his own compared to the Chinese version in a few cases; sometimes those CH->EN errors messed up lines in the Chinese translation that actually were correctly translated from JP->CH. As a result, the English version has even more poor translations and rewrites than the Chinese version, which itself is substantially composed of poor translations and rewrites.
