The series started out about a lactating onee-san, and by now has almost nothing to do with it, instead being about an easily manipulated wife made to cheat. References to her lactating are made in passing, most of the time.
Personally, I'd like it to go back to it's roots and make it about her lactating as the focal point again, but it probably doesn't sell as well.
