This is a common misconception, most translators rename them to what characters they actually are, but parody doujinshi ALWAYS change the names or put Os in them somewhere to avoid copyright. What you're describing is actually what always happens. Japan has weird copyright laws like this, which is how they're able to actually sell this stuff themselves.

Now, Mrsuperhappy is right, because "doujin" and "manga" have nothing to do with whether it's original or parody. Plenty of doujin do have fully original characters in them, doujin just means it was self published, and andou-sensei is a published hentai mangaka.

Where are you getting this from? Parody doujins keep the characters' names as they are, only time the names get changed is cases like this when something with "characters that are totally different from well known ones despite looking absolutely the same" gets published in actual hentai magazine.
Absolutely anything goes in the doujinshi scene. Hell, often they even have name of the character right there in the cover.
