It would seem, by other galleries in Asian categories: https://ehwiki.org/wiki/Gallery_Categories, that "works of Asian origin" refers to the artist, not the content of the artist (which makes sense, though honestly the Wiki isn't clear if it's speaking about the origin of the content of the drawings (i.e. the location of the respective "intellectual property" owners) or the origin of the drawings (i.e. the artist's location)).
