Language: Japanese is the default for all galleries. To change it to something else, first make sure it isn't a multilingual gallery (mind the trolling here) then get a language: tag strong (100+ power on it). Do not tag language:japanese unless it's multilingual (in which case you must also tag the other language(s) that pass(es) presence).

@meow_pao: That just means a gang of trolls or sockpuppets initially rated it 5, which can also happen later on assuming a not too large ratecount (all other votes will be discarded assuming the right situation).

tl;dr: Ratings are completely subjective and don't affect a gallery in any way and this is pure trolling.
