There are ways to make female weight gain appealing - Methonium's "Just to Meat You" is one of the best, and he's even spun off his talent into his non-h "Plus-Sized Elf" series.
Even extreme weight gain can be made acceptably cute, as demonstrated by Fusa's "Ayano's Weight Gain Diary" and Munimuni Kinoko's "500 Pounds of Puu-Chan."
However, Huurin Kazan just isn't that talented. His formulaic "chubby cheeks" invade the space where his characters' mouths ought to be, while their bellies and legs are pockmarked by cellulite.
The daft concept is perhaps the best part of this ("You must become hyper-obese for the sake of your health!" - ????), but I don't think this amateurish, awkward art pulls it off...

For this weight class and weight distribution, Huurin Kazan has a great artstyle. Fat distribution is subjective amoung fat fetishists, but for this body type he does a great job. Also Just to Meat you barely has weight gain.

Nothing about that is realistic. The fat moulding is garbage. The art style is garbage. Saying he is a amateur just means that he sucks at drawing them, not how long he's been doing it.
This "porn" is what you would call the bad side of the wg community and what you would call these girls are diseased looking. I've seen 1k+ pound girls/500kg girls that only have really big legs but not to this extent. Those girls faces weren't way too fat like these girls, where it takes up their mouth space cause that is stupid as fuck to do, but they didnt have the biggest arms either... and their belly didn't look like a diseased ,dead, rotting rat.. I have never once seen a girl even resemble this and so you can't call it realistic when I've literally been looking for almost 10 years now and have never once seen a girl this bad looking. I have seen girls that have some of the features, but c'mon, they still didn't look this bad; they were 100x better looking still. The fat doesn't even look good, and the art style is just bad when it comes to this kind of stuff. This mans can't draw. I would know because I used to be able to draw really good and I saw my fair share of good weight gain art and just good art in general. The size doesnt even matter, as I like any size girl, but this is grotesque, and I hope this creator either stops this or gets better because this is so bad that even I could feel sick from it, and I've seen some bad and nasty shit. Anyway, this is just my response and the truth on this shit.
