Might be wrong but on the title page itself, the text is "役に立つなら生かしてあげる" without the "MM57号" part in front.
I'm not an expert in Japanese so correct me if I'm wrong, but based on my own knowledge, I think that the title should mean "I'll let you live if you are useful" in the giantess/miniguy context, rather than the less relevant translation "I will make it alive if MM 57 is useful."
I think that "I'll let you live if you are useful" (or something along those lines) matches more with the cover picture as well as the content of the magazine. I think that this connotation makes more sense than "I will make it alive if MM 57 is useful."
