This artist draws hands and fingers to be smaller than usual.
I can't tell if it is the artists drawing style to ignore detailing hands and fingers or if it's a fetish style to draw them so small or short.

Probably more of a talent thing. Drawing hands is an absolute pain in the arse. If you notice, in a lot of the drawings the artist went out of their way to try and hide the hands. No doubt so they wouldn't have to draw them
