Some information:

1. You can blacklist uploaders who mainly upload stuff you don't like (in settings)
2. You now can hide tags you dislike, and watch tags you like (configure it in "my tags")
3. Galleries with some tags (like guro and scat) should give you a warning before you even see anything, if they don't you disabled it

This is very confusing. What is she? Clearly not human. Is the guy gonna get digested in there? Is there a practical purpose to swallowing him, other than fun? John Tank, Ami is a sort of symbiote hybrid, forgot the propper term, or you can think of her as a humanoid slime. She can control her biomass however she wants: liquefy or solidify, shift it around etc. Technically she doesn't have any organs and bones and the ones she eats and absorbs are aware and can be reformed any which way she desires( example: she reformed the guy's head instead of her own cock head and had a succubus give her a blowjob ) Those that are absorbed can also exert a limited influence on her biomass.
