I always kind of wondered why dragon and lizard therianthropes are called 'furry', when they have zero fur.

@ssj782 because they fall under the wider umbrella of "animal person" that "furry" (as a genre descriptor and tag) is used for.
Avian, amphibian, and cetacean characters aren't "furry" either, yet they're still grouped under the same label.
