It would really be easier to look for the sentences that are not grammatically incorrect.

There are plenty of translators who are fluent enough in English to make good translations, even though English isn't their native language. Myself being an example. It'd be much more sensible to say, "If you're not fluent in English, then make use of a proofreader who is."
