Nah bro. I don't know about the manga, but several times in the show they indicated that Ino actually found Naruto attractive. I believe in the first few episodes of Shipuuden she comments to herself that she can't believe Naruto was the brat she use to know since he good looking as he grew up, then there was a few episodes when Naruto saves the village or comes back from a mission where she fan girls to herself about how amazing Naruto is.

Pretty much in the show and movies, Naruto has a chance to bang almost every chick he encounters. Everywhere he goes he always manages to save some damsel in distress that wants his nuts afterwards, or he convinces them with his nonsensical never give up behavior. In the Naruto movies there was a princess that wanted him to stay with her to be her consort, in another movie there was a priestess that straight up said she wanted him to help her carry on her family tradition... which is breed a line of female priestess to guard some temple or artifact.

Also if you pay attention to the show, Ino is actually one of the few people who is nice to Naruto early on when she isn't competing with Sakura for Sasuke's attention. And she got over Sasuke faster than Sakura. To be honest the only character that never showed an interest in Naruto was Sakura.

Now whether Naruto would actually date Ino... that is a different matter. Because from my entire time of watching Naruto, he has only indicated he has a hard on for 3 three things. Saskue, Haiku, and Sakura. He is and was oblivious or showed no interest to every other girl / character in the show. To be honest I thought Naruto would end up being a yaoi between Saskue and Naruto based on how the show was going. I was hoping Naruto would get Sakura after all the shit he done for her. But alas Kishimoto hates Sakura and made her an eternal bitch to Naruto and only has eyes for Saskue who is a irredeemable asshole. But instead he gets Hinata which in my opinion is more out of character than anything. He is was more likely to be celibate than get with Hinata, considering how much pussy he passed up.

The fact that Ino married Sai is super out of character. Sai called Sakura ugly because the book told him to be honest to girls. But after getting punched by Sakura he decided he should do the opposite of what the book told him, so he told Ino she was beautiful because he thought she was ugly.

In Boruto, its pretty obvious that the guys have no say on who they marry. The female characters get to do all the choosing from what it seems. Sakura got Saskue despite the fact that Saskue couldn't give a shit about Sakura. Ino got Sai despite the fact that they had no connection and Sai thinks Ino is ugly. Temari got Shikamaru through a misunderstanding when she thought Shikamaru was asking her out on a date when he asked her to help him check out honey moon gifts for Naruto simply because Ino was busy, despite the fact that he thinks she is a pain in the ass. Hinata got Naruto despite the fact that he thinks shes weird and weak because she keeps fainting around him and avoiding him.
