No, the word used is 鯖 (saba) which is slang for "servant" (there's even furigana for this on page 3 so I don't understand where "server" came from).

I don't play the game so I don't really have an understanding of the mechanics but it seems like the guy complains about not having friend points because in order to accumulate them, his servant(s) need to be used by someone. Mashu says its her fault for being weak and the guy says no it's his fault for not being able to draw a strong servant (I think the furigana says "5 star servant" here but it's very blurry). I assume this is referring to gacha draws.

On the next page, it seems like the guy who accidentally summons Mashu explains something about using servants that can easily complete tasks and surmises that Mashu's master doesn't have any servants he can use before asking if he's looking to acquire friend points. She says yes so she'd like to work for the guy (be in his patronage) to earn them and he says he could give her about 3000 FP if she goes until around 7PM (with a caveat that gets revealed later).

Sorry if any of this doesn't make sense, but I have only a vague understanding of how the game works. Basically any references to "server" should have been "servant" though. There also seems to be a few general errors with this translation apart from the game mechanics stuff.

As a quick example, the conversation the third panel of page 7 should be something like:
"That's not what I meant!" (instead of "you're damn wrong!")
"I mean this!" (instead of "here")
"It was his first time..." (instead of "that guy was the first")
"getting a blowjob, right?" (instead of "that you gave a fellatio to, right?")
