There are two things that bother me about this.
1) This guy being Chad, or Orihime still being under Tsukishima's sway, would explain away a lot of this. But just some rando that Ichigo probably didn't beat up enough in high school, I thought they were done with opponents of that level in the first season.
2) If Orihime isn't going to use her powers to get rid of this guy... at least use them to make the cheating easier. Reject the sperm, or trim a neat shape into her pubic hair. Or better yet, put up a wall so people don't walk in on them in the act.

there is vibes between Orahime and Chad in the series ..... it is subtle but there but he has no chance against Ichigo. you see that in her response to getting a note from Ichigo in almost the last episode of the anime....so far.
