2019/05/31: So, the digital version actually comes with a .pdf file only, and I extracted the .jpg files in this gallery using ImageMagick. I noticed that some of the images seems to have some aliasing artifacts, so I re-ran the extraction process at 600x600 dpi and save into .png, and the resulting files are 638mb for 214 files. If that digital .png version is valuable to anyone doing translation or de-censoring, please let me know and I'll upload it. Otherwise, I don't feel like replacing existing gallery with a unnecessarily large version.
