2019/05/31:
So, the digital version actually comes with a .pdf file only, and initially I extracted the .jpg files in the first publication of this gallery at 300x300 dpi. I later noticed that some of the images seem to have minor but notable aliasing artifacts (e.g. erona_000.jpg), so I re-ran the extraction process at 600x600 dpi and saved them into .png, and the resulting files are higher quality, at 638mb for 214 files.

I republished the Epilogue with the high quality .png version in this gallery. @Reco17 suggested that the digital version doesn't replace the existing paper version, so I'll upload the full digital version in a separate gallery.

p.s. I'm new to this .pdf to image conversion process; please pardon me for the unnecessary churns.
