As a noble it would be unlikely, at least at the last stage shown, since the goblinoid heritage is more than obvious still, maybe at least another 3 generations down the line and maybe some politics, such as the lack of a proper heir and the sole direct descendent being a bastard with distant goblin roots.
But as a new... mistress class? I could see that. Especially with that last part since you wouldn't call the 'real' daugther of some rich fellow a 'goby'. Or maybe I am overanalyzing this and people just want a goblin fucktoy consequences be damned.
