So the plot is this:

He gets a disease, and he walks home, but he is molested on the train and decides to just wait and let him do it because he only has to wait another stop.

Later he faps. Dialogue for the first part says:
"My hand is small... is this a girl's voice?! Ahh~ I see, I got the transsexual disease?~

The second part says:
"This guy put his finger in me. I get off at the next stop though, so if it's just a finger I'll let it go. NN- NN-- His finger is too big. And he's too rought.... AHh- Ahhh-- Oh no--- It's reall...Ah, -"

The third part says:
"His middle finger was about this big. I didn't get enough, but I couldn't believe it Still, my own womb is warm when I put my middle finger in it,- chu-chu, it's making a sucking sound. It's sticking to my finger, really tightly, every time I pull it out, chuu-chupa-chuupa-chuu."

The other story just asks, "Would you date a TS girl?" A girl tells him she was a boy and asks if it's alright, but the next image implies he rejected her.
