【あらすじ】

Quick skim:

So the MC and the girl have known each other for going on ten years and they don't get along (and not in the tsundere "but we really do" way, the narration points out), but they have the same last name and so they keep getting sorted together/made to sit next to each other. The MC just went to another school specifically to get away from her, but through some twist of fate they still ended up attending together. One day they both coincidentally forget their underwear and then coincidentally get superhumanly hard/wet at the sight of each other, and then coincidentally trip and fall and end up stuck together.

They eventually go to see the doctor, who says "oh boy, it's another one of those weird giant-dick VDs we keep seeing." He analyzes it for a bit, then throws up his hands and says "welp, guess it's magic, you're just fated to be together." He tells them that she needs to get pregnant, they both adamantly refuse, and he says "well, with modern medical science we can develop some kind of magic-bullet drug to cure you, but it'll take a year." Daily life goes on, and their classmates (and her friends) are pretty chill about the whole thing. The two of them start enjoying the random orgasms and gradually start to think that having a baby wouldn't be so bad (but they still totally can't stand each other - this is at the same time that we see cross-sections of her ovaries yelling "we want a baby! we want a baby!"). After a couple days of this he starts thinking that being with her wouldn't be so bad, but she holds pretty firm on it until one morning he pins her down in the bed and keeps fucking her (making her miss her daily dose of the contraceptive).

Eventually she says OK FINE I LOVE YOU TOO and at long last he can pull it out. Pregnancy, babies, happily ever after, and at the end they're going to try for a second.
