Probably because Akatsuki is mostly famous and loved for his milf/bbw stuff. I too don’t understand why he chose such a strange pattern of 1 milf - 1 yaoi/shemale work, but guess that’s how he wants to roll right now. I still cherish the thought that he will want to raise his sale numbers by giving us continuation to his old works (like Mama to futago, or mama eri Kassen part 4- now that would definitely be among leaders in sales numbers ). Yet, he still promises us the continuation of a new storylines ( like in this one, he says in the afterword, that there may be a second part).

Could it be, that he is just getting old and tired of all this? I mean, I don’t get why can’t he get on with his previous works
