There's just a couple terms I'd change in your translation since it's a Great Mazinger doujin (ex. the research bunker should be the Science Fortress Laboratory, and Mikene should be the Mycenae)

Thing is, this is pretty much canon for the original series. Except those are not actual Bee Women and are a squad of all female combat woman. The squad seems like it gets abandoned as a concept early on though as they disappear around episode 3 or 4. There is no way to tell in Shocker who is actually a criminal that has joined the organization (that happens) and random people mind controlled into being in the organization (that happens too).
