For those who are not too familiar with Azur Lane, I can explain the premise of this doujin:

The game has a feature that happens when a player doesn't log in after a certain number of days. A postcard shows up, written by Akashi, that shows the number of days you haven't logged in. She tells you that your # ship girls (with # being the number of shipgirls you have) have been working hard to defend the port during your absence and are anxiously waiting for your return. It's a way to guilt trip the player into playing again.

So the player MC doesn't play for a long time, his shipfu gets lonely, and you know what happens.

What's funny is that the girl the MC is having sex with in the "real world" looks like a character from Girls Frontline, a rival game to Azur Lane.
