I can kinda get how someone might find this NTR-y, since there's some ambiguity with the older brother. We don't see things from his perspective like we do with the younger one, who's the main focus of the story, or their wives. It makes you wonder what the older brother thinks exactly, since he's in the dominant role. He leads the wife swap, treating the younger brother's wife like his sub, and totally ignores the younger brother's insecure little show of bravado towards the end there, where he gets two panels dedicated to him freaking out over his wife cumming with the older brother. Yeah, the younger brother's wife does get a little jealous when the busty one flirts with him early on, but I think another moment of jealousy from her (probably during sex) would've put off any ominous thoughts.
