For the future: PLEASE upload ALL images in full resolution not just the images you didn't worked on!

Your gallery is a mix of original size and downscaled 1280px res images, so you obviously know how to download full res images from this side.
For your information you don't have to upload the 1280px res images e-hentai displays by default if the res is higher. You just have to upload your full res images and e-hentai creates the 1280s for you during the upload.

And to your question how to change the language from Jap. to Eng. You can't do this on your own. You can just add the tag for english by yourself (or wait for the tagging squad to do it). When the tag got strong enough through upvoting, than the language changes from JAp to Eng.
