With my limited Japanese I can add a brief English summary. There are 6 short stories, and the last 2 appear to be out of order because they are when he meets Koharu and the last story is when he touches her breast for the first time.

(#3) Page 2-7 小春vsバナナ石鹸 (Koharu vs. Banana soap)
Aki-kun is taking a bath, when suddenly Koharu enters. Apparently there was confusion regarding who was going to use the bath first, which is why Koharu wanted to enter first because there is a TV program she wants to watch later.
She drops her banana soap in the tub and while trying to retrieve it grabs Aki-kun's erection, he tells her to stop, but she insists that’s her soap because out the “shape & hardness” he cums and she uses it to lather her boobs. After that his mom scolded him.

This story introduces Koharu as Aki-kun's childhood friend she’s one year younger, and lives in the neighborhood she is like his little sister and he takes of her, recently she is been following him a lot.
Koharu gives him a bread basket and he offers to share them. The butter filling falls on her cleavage and asks Aki-kun to get out, but the butter melts, so she asks him to wipe it off. She can’t do it because “she has to roll her clothes” since his has bread on both his hands he can’t use a towel so decides to lick her clean.
His mom enters the room with drinks, just as his licking her boobs, at first she was upset, but since they are the same age she does not mind, but says they should use protection. He gets embarrassed and tells his mom to leave the room.
Since Koharu is pure he did not understand the situation nor what is “protection” Aki-kun says she is half to blame, but she says the licking felt good and she wants to do it again. She agrees which gives him an erection, but is conflicted because he thinks she did not mean it in a sexual way.

It’s a record head day in town and there are water restrictions, Koharu wants juice and to go to the pool. She gets to clingy and Aki-kun gets overwhelmed. She then starts licking him since she “wants to replenish her water and salt” and they promised to lick each other again.
She takes of her shirt which is heavy with sweat, and Aki-kun starts licks her. Just as he is about to do it, his mom arrives with ice-cream. However he tells her not to come to his room.
Afterwards, they all have ice-cream and the mom asks what he was doing and he responds “they were replenishing fluids” and she says that she “beliefs him” but says she causally mentions pregnancy and noise.

(#1) Page 28-33 小春 (Koharu)
A girl falls from a tree and Aki-kun thinks it’s an angel. The girls thanks the boy for caching her then recognizes him. But he can’t seem to remember her. They both go to his house and are greeted by his mother. She thanks them and says she will be staying with them for a while and that she’ll go to school in the are. They mother says that I’m the meanwhile Koharu should stay in his room. He gets flustered and refuses, which makes her sad. So he says he does not mind sharing his room.

(#2) Page 34-39 虫刺され日和 (insect bite weather)
Koharu gets bitten by a mosquito, luckily Aki-kun has medicine for it, and asks her where she got bitten, and it was in her chest. She asks him to rub the ointment, he says he will be touching her boob, but since she has to “roll her shirt” she tells him to hurry. Afterwards she gets bitten on her crotch and ask him to run ointment there too, but his responds is that she should do it herself.
