e-hentai defines snuff as "a human or furry being killed" instead of the more accurate "someone being killed as part of a sex act / in a sexualized manner".
the warning you see happens automatically for any gallery tagged with snuff. It has not been manually placed by a person.

devilhs does not censor his work. Rather he used to host his porn on tumblr until that site banned porn and started to delete his old posts.
As such devilhs went and reuploaded his work to multiple other sites, one of which is a japanese site. I am pretty sure the japanese site applied censorship on its own rather than devilhs specifically creating a censored version for that 1 japanese site. They also downscaled the images on it too.
Some people then went and uploaded galleries to e-0hentai of the censored pictures from that japanese site instead of the uncensored pictures from literally anywhere else.
