Here's the Halloween short I threw together with a slightly different atmosphere than I usually do.

I like this content and the art style is great but I honestly wish there were less "willing" transformations. Every guy who tgs in Western art seems to be immediately pumped about being a woman without any sort of gradual transition or mental shift. Still good though.

It's because most western TG stuff is based off of porn logic. It's easer to just have the man except his fate because most people reading are there to see the transformation and not the storie. It's like complaining that porn acting is bad, yea no shit. Also, not every TG storie has the man except the change. My little sister Amy is series were the sister is changing the sex of her older brother all the time. He is slowly getting used to the changes but he still gets angry when she does it. I don't know if the majority of TG stuff is like porn logic but but its not like its in everything.

It's probably more so because of the differences in perception of LGBT issues and gender roles between the West and Japan. One side is writing sympathetic wish fulfillment, the other is engaged in a socially-discouraged transgressive fetish. Not that there aren't examples of both approaches on both sides.

@ everyone up there: you are correct. The sudden Gender dysphoria normally don't make a good fap in a Hentai story, unless is a tragic comedy, or a rape setting, or a "black comedy rape" (uber exemples: couple switch gender, and the now-he rapes always the now-she, ignoring her previous morality and/or the now-she pleadings. Usually the comedy comes from the double-Standard female: most often, she was a prude, and the now-He is an happy serial rapist).
Bonus points if the now-She was a caring, sensitive guy before, and the now-He is an Alpha-among-Alphas could-care-less Macho.

yeah nah, there's both willing and unwilling TFs in western art, usually just depending on the artist.
magic 'poof' transformation is easier to make happy stuff with, as it doesn't lend itself to a psychological exploration of the subject very well.

there's also been willing and unwilling TFs around since before the "LGBT issues" etc. moved into the space.
