It'd explain a couple of things like their hair being similar(MC did say he hadn't seen nor talked to her for two years after the breakup), her excessive blushing during sex, and her being really aggressive after he got finished telling his story/not charging him after finishing. Really hope this gets a second chapter because it's pretty damn interesting.

This is my opinion.

This story for me is ambiguous (in a good way). It can be interpreted in three ways depending on the option you want to believe.

It starts with the MC mentioning about a beauty he has been looking for a long time. He was looking to lose his virginity, probably to get closure to that chapter of his life, or another reason, only to having second thought after telling his story and then realizing his own foolishness after losing his virginity and doing exactly what his ex did: for the sex experience. Th MC still has feelings for his ex, but his pain for her cheating and his self punishment for either not doing it before or not giving her a second chance leave him in that position

From here I found three separate ways this story can be interpreted (each has counter points that I will not discuss but are easy to find):

Route A - She is another girl that just looks like his ex: (likely)
The MC was looking for a girl that resembles her. This woman is not his ex and after hearing his story she went to give him what his ex got: experience. Thus proving that his "wait till graduation" was just an excuse he did not really believe. Probably she felt pity and the sex was good, so she chose to stick with him as his sex friend. His world is destroyed because he realized he could have done something to either give her a chance or actually went and have sex with her when she was ready. What happened to his ex, Ayana, no one knows

Route B - She is his ex and the MC never new till the end: (very likely)
Ayana was heartbroken after the breakup, realizing that what she did out of sexual frustration cost her the one she loved. She doubled down on this sexual experience and probably had many partners after that. Not boyfriends, just partners with no strings attached and eventually went into prostitution. She used the medical mask and a nickname and kept on going. She was happy to see that the MC contacted her as a client and when she saw him her emotions return. However she remained in character because he did not recognize her. After hearing the story she just went to have sex with him and gave him a good taste of her "experience". In the end she revealed herself after taking off the mask. The MC realized that her plan to have sex as experience before their first time, actually was carried out, and his world was destroyed. Ayana wants to stay by his side, if not as his girlfriend, then as a sex friend.

Route C - She is his ex and he knew all along: (a tiny bit likely)
Take the beginning of the B route. However, word travels fast and he heard what she has done, distancing himself more. But the thoughts of "what if I did it with her back then?" or "what if I gave her a chance?" made him look for her as a client and use the opportunity to talk to her about things and not sex. However, during sex his emotions and jealousy surfaced again, reminding him that he still had feelings. Then realized that not only his promise back then was BS, that her plan to have experience to then have it with him came true.
