I wonder if the artist has just silently retconned away the ending https://e-hentai.org/g/1654503/81db465c71/ and https://e-hentai.org/g/1808808/4139ba7025/ both feature Yuki and Shiina, both them still together as a couple in a twisted, kinky, relationship but very much attached to each other. The second one even appears to be decently in the future, way past the point Yuki was supposed to be "sold"
